About your role
We are inviting an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our flagship project — the mobile RPG battler Hero Wars Alliance.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting the team with migration to a new technology stack — transitioning from PHP to .NET
- Enhancing the backend developers’ expertise and helping them overcome challenges in their tasks
- Organizing and facilitating knowledge transfer between project teams
- Participating in the development of key project components, defining and overseeing architectural and technological decisions
- Initiating and implementing technological innovations in the backend part of the project
We hope that you have
- 5+ years of commercial development experience
- 3+ years of experience managing a development team, with proven successful cases of developer and technology growth
- Experience working with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), including query optimization
- Experience working with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of application architecture principles, including DDD concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with high-load systems
- English proficiency at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation

- Experience working with PHP applications
