About your role
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to identify commercially effective opportunities for scaling the company’s IP, launch and manage partnership projects that drive user acquisition and boost brand awareness. This is a unique opportunity to scale one of the most recognized gaming brands.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing new IP scaling strategies through partnership initiatives
- Sourcing, evaluating, and engaging external partners: game studios, platforms, creators, agencies
- Leading negotiations, preparing commercial offers, structuring deal terms, and achieving key business KPIs
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, marketing, legal) to support and implement projects
- Monitoring trends in the mobile market, UGC, and the creator economy, and applying best practices to partnership initiatives
We hope that you have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of successful partnerships with tangible commercial results: signed deals, launched projects, and achieved performance goals
- Understanding of mobile gaming trends, game development and promotion across genres (from mid-core to hypercasual), and the creator economy
- Knowledge of mobile advertising basics and user acquisition principles
- Experience working with game studios, creators, and platforms
- Fluent English (business correspondence, calls, and presentations)
- Ability to work independently, quickly test hypotheses and operate effectively in conditions of uncertainty
Nice to have
- Successful sales experience in the mobile gaming industry, as well as working with brands and creators
- A strong network in the gaming industry: publishers, studios, creators, and brands
